A: All products that Jacks Furniture Center sells come complete with a manufacturer's warranty. Jacks Furniture Center offers extended protection plans for products we sell.
Q: Can I get my new product installed?
A: Professional delivery and/or installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and/or installation for you.
Q: What is the best way to shop at Jacks Furniture Center?
A: All methods are good but the "in store" experience, with the product right in front of you, with our professional staff assisting you, is always the best.
Q: How do your prices compare to the home center and other large regional and national chains?
A: Jacks Furniture Center monitors our competitors prices on a daily basis to ensure that Jacks Furniture Center is always giving you the lowest possible price. We live up to our slogan "committed to giving you the lowest possible price."
Q: Does Jack's offer financing?
A: Yes. We have a variety of financing options to fit your needs.
Q: I found the item(s) I like at another store for a better price. Does Jack's have a low-price guarantee?
A: At Jack's you can buy with confidence knowing that you are receiving the best price, value, and service in the marketplace. If within 30 days of purchase, you find the identical item at a local authorized dealer providing the same services and terms, simply provide confirmation of the lower price, and we will gladly refund 110% of the difference!
Q: Does Jack's offer In-home design consultations?
A: Yes. Our designers are very experienced and will be happy to come to your home and help you. As always, this is a complimentary service.
Q: I've placed a special order. When should I expect my furniture to come in?
A: We want you to start enjoying your new furniture as quickly as possible. Once we place an order with one of our manufacturers, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to arrive in our store.
Q: Oops, the contractor is not done with my room yet. How long can you hold my furniture?
A: We understand that things don't always go as planned. We will hold your furniture for up to 90 days. It will be safe and secure in our warehouse during that time, so that you don't have to worry. All special orders must be paid in full upon receipt of merchandise at our store warehouse.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture after it is delivered?
A: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, just give us a call or stop by. You never have to deal with the manufacturer directly. We will make a service call for our service department and they will make arrangements to come out and assist you with the problem.
Q: What is the warranty on my furniture?
A: Each manufacturer has its own warranty. Ask your sales consultant for details on your furniture warranty. Jack's stands behind all manufacturers' warranties. manufacturer's warranties do not include abuse, moving damage, accidents or neglect. After the manufacturer's warranty expires, service can be arranged for $49 per hour, plus parts. Clearance/Final Markdown items are sold as-is/no warranty.

Q: What does your delivery service include?
A: Our experienced warehouse and delivery staff will uncrate, assemble, thoroughly inspect, deliver, and setup your merchandise. On the day of delivery, please have your room prepared by clearing the space where the furniture is to be placed. From a liability standpoint, our drivers are not permitted to move/hook up electronic/appliance equipment. If requested, old furniture, being replaced can be hauled away as long as it is noted on the sales invoice.
Q: On the day of delivery, how will I know what time to expect your deliverymen?
A: We will call you no later than the day prior to delivery and will specify that your delivery will be either during morning hours or afternoon hours. In order to route deliveries so that all customers are served efficiently, timed stops or specific requests cannot be accommodated. Please understand that there is no guarantee of specific times because of potential unforeseen factors or circumstances that may arise. However, if requested, our deliverymen can notify you when they get close to your location.
Q: Can I pick my furniture up instead of having it delivered?
A: Yes! Our skilled warehouse staff will be happy to help you load your furniture from our warehouse located in back of our showroom at 208 Emily Drive. If you are picking up your furniture, it may be picked up at our store Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. The store warehouse is closed on Sundays. Be sure to bring proper tie downs and padding. Please call the store at least 24 hours prior to pick up. Jack's Furniture Center is held harmless from any damages that may occur to merchandise picked up by customers.
